Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and to all quotations, orders and services provided by SecureDist Limited. By placing an order you accept these terms unless we have signed a separate distribution or service agreement with you.

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability and vendor pricing at the time of order confirmation. An order is binding once we issue a written confirmation or invoice.

Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the quotation and exclude VAT and any applicable duties unless stated. Payment terms are as set out on the invoice. Late payment may attract interest and may suspend open orders and support.

Delivery dates are estimates based on vendor lead times. Risk passes to you on delivery to the agreed address or to your nominated carrier. Please report shortages or transit damage in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Products carry the manufacturer warranty of the respective brand. We facilitate warranty claims as the authorised distributor. Returns require prior written authorisation, must be unused and in original packaging, and may be subject to a restocking charge.

Installation, support, consulting and training are provided by qualified staff or approved partners. Response times, coverage and escalation paths are defined in the applicable service level agreement.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, interfere with its operation, or reproduce our content, brand names or partner marks without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the products or services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for orders fulfilled from the UAE and the laws of Kenya for orders fulfilled from Kenya, with the courts of the relevant jurisdiction having authority.
